Either way, I know how important exercise is to any human being. Research shows that for every hour of regular exercise, you can increase your life expectancy by two hours. That's a great return on investment. We need to walk more, eat well and then we will live longer. With all those extra hours, think what you could do. Get your tennis shoes on and take a walk.
