» Alicia Mae Prater - Did you get vaccinated and still got sick?

I wrote an article earlier this month about drug resistant influenza. With the widespread nature of the flu this year, and statements from world health leaders that the virus is showing resistance to treatment as well as not being covered by the vaccine, I wonder

1) Have any of you had the flu this season?
2) Were you vaccinated prior to getting ill?
3) Was it worse, better, no change from previous experiences with the flu?

Keep in mind that the influenza virus is not the stomach bug, it's a respiratory virus.
